Insurance and guarantees specialist

Context:

We are engineers/designers, integrators, maintainers and operators of multidisciplinary solutions in the areas of energy, infrastructure and industry. We are constantly reinventing ourselves to meet the specific or general demand of each client.

Training:

- Complete Superior in Administration, Accounting, Economics or Law.

Main activities:

- Analysis of proposal sector contracts and suppliers regarding insurance/guarantees;

- Quote insurance/guarantees according to demand;

- Track insurance/warranty issuance with broker and internal customers;

- Prepare, update and monitor insurance/guarantees pending and salaries;

- Analyze insurance/guarantees and documentation policies regarding insurance hiring/renewal;

- Open a claim expectation according to the demands of the projects and collect the necessary documentation;

- Analyze the demands of the projects in relation to the opening of claims / check opening viability;

- Analyze the demands of project insurance/guarantees of projects regarding the applicability/feasibility of issuing policy;

- Analyze and process counter-arrests (CCG) to open credit with new insurers, in joint action with the matrix in

snef França;

- Analyze supplier insurance and warranties and check if they are in accordance with contract clauses;

- Prepare and send report of guarantees to France;

- Negotiate bail clauses to adapt the pre-approved model by France;

- Map the procedures, work instructions and area flowcharts (BPM);

- Prepare and send report from protests and pefins;

- Launch of NFs on the Serasa contract sharepoint;

Prerequisites:

- Intermediate English;

- Microsoft Excel Intermediate;

- Financial Mathematics;

- Good negotiation capacity;

- Process mapping (BPM);

- Experience in the function
